...that Husband and I started a drinking game when we watch The Bachelorette. Every time the fair Emily says, "I know, right?" we have to take a drink of our beverage. And she says it often kids, so be careful (but it's OK because we take small sips...)
It's OK...
...that I only have 34 Google Friends (as of this moment) because I hit 4,000 page views Tuesday and am currently at 4,074!
...and it's OK that probably 1,500 of them were actually me.
It's OK...
...that Thing 2 eats a frozen corn-dog every single day for lunch. There's protein in there (she eats the beef ones) and she knows how to cook it herself (and that makes it better than OK).
It's OK...
...that I cannot think of any more things that are OK, because I have an adorable guest post-er today.
Meet Tiffany, one of my favorite new blogging friends! She loves a good Appletini as much as I do and often posts recipes for delicious neon-colored concoctions. She also loves a good mustache, which makes her a big fave around this house!
(Oh, and It's OK that my closet is nowhere near as organized as Tiffany's is now...)

Hi all - I am Tiffany & I blab over @ Blabbering Thoughts.
I have the honor to post for Michelle today, she posted for me a couple of weeks ago.
Funny was the word of her post + amusing. I actually giggled out loud .. I think they call that GOL
{get it? Giggle out loud}.
Yep I am moving forward now.
Today I wanted to share with you what I did to my closet. I am not the most organized person & I have clothes from college {like seriously?}. Yes, I hold on to things. BUT I am learning to let it go. Ever since we moved into our first house in January I've been pitching stuff left & right .. Well taking it to Goodwill because one woman's trash is another woman's treasure.
Awhile back I saw this on Pinterest - hang your hangers backward - and after a year get rid of the stuff you haven't worn. Well I was SO excited to do this little mission I did it in 6 months. It was my last week left before the big 6 month marker &; I started going through it - like CRAP I got to wear this - and this - and this. Yeah well guess what, I didn't.
So you see on the bottom portion of my closet you see the remaining hangers - bye bye clothes.
My challenge to you - WINTER clean your closet. It's June - you have the rest of summer to wear your summer clothes, fall to bring out those hoodies, and then the beginning of winter to bust out those oh so warm & comfy clothes. Come January - take what's still hanging backwards to Goodwill - or you know, if you have a little sister, give them to her!
Thanks Michelle for letting me hang out with your readers for the day!
I hope you come visit my blog - this is just a glimpse of my little land I have.

brilliant idea for the Bachelorette! Too bad I can't drink at the moment.
ReplyDeleteIt's totally okay that a chunk of your page views are you! When I first started blogging I would get so excited for every page view... heck who am I kidding, I still get excited!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I think it would be a brilliant idea to create a virtual/blog clothing swap :-) Would make everyone's wardrobes so much more exciting without having to spend a ton of money :-)
Hope you have a great Thursday!
It's ok, you now have 36 google friends :) Happy to have found you today!
ReplyDeleteAll of those things are soooo much better than just "OK" - pretty sure they are great!
